Dandridge Consulting Group is led by a team of dedicated professionals with deep expertise in peer support, public safety consulting, and community empowerment. Our founder is a Certified Peer Support Specialist with advanced training in Forensic Peer Support and extensive experience consulting on public safety issues. We are passionate about promoting diversion, prevention, intervention, and restorative practices for justice-involved individuals and their communities.

Our team also brings a unique perspective to real estate services, specializing in supporting the Greater Charlotte Metro Area’s most underserved and vulnerable populations. We are committed to helping neighbors who are justice-involved, experiencing chronic homelessness, or facing housing barriers due to mental health concerns, secure stable, permanent housing solutions.

As thought leaders in program planning, development, and implementation, Dandridge Consulting Group has held leadership roles in a variety of nonprofit organizations, spearheading initiatives such as family skills building, community strengthening, and workforce development. We are frequently sought out for our expertise in human rights, social justice, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in both community and organizational settings.
